• Explosion intensity is a mechanic unique to explosive weaponry. It determines damage and number of damage instances for explosions.

What does it do?[]

  • For every 1.00x (100%) in a weapon's damage modifier more explosions are created, dealing additional damage ticks
    • For example, the Human RPG-7 has a 3.25x damage modifier, meaning that it deals damage 3 times, NOT 3 times the damage
  • The explosion damage increases the closer the modifier is to a whole number (e.g., 1.99x deals more damage than 1.90x). Upon reaching a whole number, the damage increase is reset and is replaced by another tick of damage.
