  • Full Wall Penetration
  • Ejection Consumes Shield
  • The Liandry Rail Gun is a burst-fire special weapon, firing five extremely fast-moving armor-piercing projectiles that penetrate enemies, obstacles and walls. Has high accuracy for a burst-fire weapon, but poor recoil control. Very limited magazine size and max ammo. It also fully drains the user's shield when the magazine is ejected.

The abbreviation for this weapon is 'RG.'

    Characteristics[]

    Advantages:

    • High accuracy (for a burst-fire weapon)
    • Ignores armor
    • Pierces everything
    • High range
    • Extremely fast projectile speed
    • High ammo gain

    Disadvantages:

    • Very small magazine size (2 bursts)
    • Very limited max ammo, limited even more by burst-fire
    • Low control causes the last few shots of the burst to be inaccurate; performs poorly on the move
    • Magazine ejection fully depletes shields

    Ammo[]

    Perks[]

    • Full Wall Penetration
      • Projectiles will pierce enemies and obstacles, allowing kills to be made from virtually any position
    • Ejection Consumes Shield
      • Upon magazine ejection, all shields are drained

    Notes/Tips[]

    • 75% less drop chance in Hyper Adrenaline
    • Counts as both a Marksman weapon and Special weapon for class-specific bonuses
    • The Hair Trigger attachment is an obvious choice for conserving ammo; semi-auto fire eliminates the problems in accuracy/recoil control caused by burst-fire
    • The DMR Conversion module (must be at 100% power to affect weapons with 10 magazine size) will automatically provide the effects of the Hair Trigger while also giving a damage bonus, saving an attachment slot

    Trivia[]

    • The weapon's current name is a reference to the Liandri Corporation from the Unreal series. They're one of the main team sponsors in the series and are responsible for creating many of the weapons used by competitors, though the series has never featured a player-usable railgun.
    • Earlier instances of this weapon had a different design and fired Titanium Blades, which were also used by the Ripjack
